2025 The Roots • 52% Frontenac, 48% Marquette
This light-bodied, estate-grown red blend is the signature of Wisconsin wine. Lightly oaked with subtle tannins, this wine is luscious and complex with notes of black raspberry and black cherry. 25 cases produced.

Popping the tops on all of our limited release wines! That's right, all of the wines we usually have available by the bottle only will be on the tasting menu and glass pour menu. Grenache? Yes! Vineyard Select? You bet! The Roots? Oh, yeah!
